Our Territory Consultants are responsible for the prospecting activities that drive new business partnerships and for building the relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction among existing c-store customers in your district. You’ll sell our program, our equipment, and also manage all aspects of our new store set up, helping lay the groundwork to maximize our c-store customer’ profitability.

We will provide you with training and support systems that are second to none. To develop the knowledge and understanding of foodservice and the convenience store industry you’ll need to become a Trusted Advisor to your prospects, you’ll complete a comprehensive training program and take part in professional development courses that help you fine tune your skills.

We’ll rely on you to:
 
  • Establish new accounts in your protected sales territory by making cold calls and attending trade shows to solicit leads, as well as maintain and build on current business relationships to meet or exceed minimum sales budget.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits of the Hunt Brothers® Pizza program and how it will grow and prosper the client’s business. 
  • Manage new account onboarding, including equipment installation, compliance management, and employee training
  • Track and manage customers during the sales process through the use of a CRM database system
  • Maintain regular communication with District Managers on potential opportunities and progress towards sales goals.

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred
  • 3-5 years of successful outside B2B sales experience selling large ticket items or programs
  • Demonstrated sales and relationship-building ability
  • Strong presentation skills in both formal and informal settings
  • Solid work ethic (minimum of 45 - 50 hours worked/ drive up to 1500 miles weekly)
  • Ability to work independently and to be disciplined, self-motivated, and results -driven
  • Professional image and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Great communication, business development and relationship building skills
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Must be able to lift and bend up to 60% of daily work hours and lift up to 75 lbs.
