TBHC Delivers, LLC, the largest regional distributor of Hunt Brothers® Pizza, is currently seeking a District Manager for our Detroit, Michigan district.  Our District Manager provides leadership and management to our team with the mission of maximizing growth and profitability.  The District Manager must increase existing store sales through accomplishment of daily objectives and annual strategic goals by developing, supporting and directing field team members.    
 
Critical Activities:
  • Lead existing operations initiatives proactively.
  • Lead team member development plans focused on six key areas:
    • Prioritizing and directing efforts of existing store sales teams
    • Observing and coaching all team members to close performance gaps and achieve peak performance
    • Proactive and effective communication
    • Implementing coordinated solutions
    • Safeguarding employees and physical assets
    • Identify growth/improvement opportunities in collaboration with Regional Manager. Be able to identify resources to close training gaps. 
  • Manage solutions and deploy resources to influence district performance.
  • Identify and communicate opportunities to grow the company.
  • Analyze district results regularly to identify trends affecting performance against budget.
  • Measure sales and operational issues, opportunities, development plans, and achievements.
  • Execute quarterly marketing plans and manage warehouse inventory; driving effective implementation and cost effectiveness.
  • Properly plan and execute roll-outs of all Limited Time Offerings and new products across the district.
  • Review low performing stores across each route and identify opportunities to maximize profitability.
 
Requirements:
  • Passion for Company Values, Vision and Mission
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Demonstrated performance leading DSD area managers.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and effectively use data to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated capability with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to articulate and implement a compelling vision for success to front-line employees.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain high standards of proactivity
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with all levels within the organization and with external stakeholders
  • Must be able to perform the full scope of the positions that report to the role (Account Manager).
  • Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
  • If you don’t possess a Class B CDL, must be willing to obtain after employed.
